MY SONY CYBERSHOT CAMERA WONT TURN ON ?

My sony CYBERSHOT CAMERA DONT WOrk its 7.2 megapixels and it hasnt been dropped but when i turn it on it says cyberb shot then acess and then it says turn the power off and oon agin and at the same time the circle thing that has the camera in it keppps moving back and forth
helpp pplease


it always stops working but this time its not even letting me take a picture
