my sons mini dirt bike wont start....?

we got are son a mini dirt bike (49cc) for xmas and it wont start.i noticed a black wire that has come lose,any one know where it goes to i was told it goes with the red wire but that can't e right can it?
 
That may be for the kill switch in his engine (to turn it off) If it was the spark plug won't make any spark, and the engine wont start. 49cc engines are really simple, so there can't be many other things it can be. If it is an electric start, that could be the wire that goes to the starter.
 
well hold up wire while holding it twist it a round to find where it might have come off at and put it back on
