My son has been unwell the last 7 weeks he has been to dr a number off times as he has had very bad cough/chest pains/feeling sick/leg pains pains in stomach lose off weight and lose off appetite,the gp have said trime afetr time that it just a bad virus he had antibiotics few times,last tuesday the gp said that she wanted to do a blood count i had a fone call on thursday sayin that hie white blood cells are very low,and that she is now refering him to hosp to see pediatricail there fir more test,the gp will not rule out anything out,i know by what i read on the net that low white cells can indicate a form off cancer is there anu1 that has been thur what im gouin thur or has a child who is similer age,my son is just 6 years old.
