drive on public streets? he is 11 and we live in coquitlam B.C. Canada is there a good website to look this up if tryed the police web page but it didnt make sence
 
That is cool! Good for him. Gas or electric?
I have built a few with lawn mower engines and Mongoose kick scooters. They are a blast.


I do not know about Canada, but in California any motorized scooter (has to have a scooter kick plate....place to stand up) that does not exceed 15mph may be ridden in the bike lane without a license.
