My son just went to jail for assault and battery.?

He's on probation already in lee county fla. for drug charges and just went to jail for assault on his girlfriend and just wondering what to expect. he's young 19 yrs old . can anyone help me out.
thanks to all who replied! He got charged with the drugs ,(pot) here in pa and transferred his probation to fla. Just moved there to start over and he called the cops on his girlfriend and he ended up to be the one going. I guess cause he already is in the system and she has the kids.
 
If he is on probation already, then his PO will make a recommendation to the court, about what course of action needs to be taken.
He is in need of help, as you can see, if he was to submit to a urinalysis test, I think he would fail.
This may also be part of his problem, still on drugs, in another world.
I do not know what his original sentence was for, but; I am sure probation will be revoked, the new charges added to the old charges and a new stiffer sentence invoked.
Your son is in need of help, a drug program, anger management program can be obtained as a part of the sentencing requirements.
 
No Beat em woman need help. Check for crystal as he is violent and have little man complex. Next he beat mom if not careful
