A little background:
I'm a Marine, im 28. When I was young I used to find fat people disgusting and I always said "I will never look like that, my wife will never look like that, and my children will never look like that". Turns out I was wrong, I don't look like that, my wife, god do I love my wife, does not look like but my son... oh that's another story. The kid is lazy, he eats crap all day and I said enough, this is not healthy your going to the gym with me and your going tone doing what I do, and exactly what I do. That means 1 hour of lifting weights and 30 minutes of cardio, not bad at all. But my wife won't let me because she says she doesn't want her son tone judged by his outside but the problem is that people re judging him by his outside, and so people don't want to get to know him, he's not attractive to girls and guys pick on him, and i know i can make his life take a 360 and in a few months he'll be thankful he lost the weight, what do you think?
