my son is always sick

why is my 2 1/2 year old always sick he will be fine one min and the next he is running a fever of any were from 103.3 to 100.00 vomiting shaking

It is not normal for your young son to be sick like this. Take him to the doctor for proper diagnosis, he needs medical care now.

How long has your son been doing this. If it is just for two or three days he may have a virus. If longer, having him checked by a doctor.
