My son is 4yrs. old, 38" tall and i still wanna take him on my bike in his bike seat? except mounts missing.?

ive had 3 bikes stolen with a different bike seat on each, now i have another new bike and a used seat thats missing the mount and hardware. what could i do to modify or substitute them?
