girlfriend to their video game nights,? My son and his buddies, who will all be going off to college soon, have a friend who always brings his younger girlfriend along for guys' nights, where they play video games, Guitar Hero, etc. She tags along everywhere with him and it's embarrassing for the guys when these two kanoodle in the hot tub, and constantly make out on the sofa. They want to ask him not to bring her every time, but they don't want to ruin their friendship with him. Any suggestions on how they can handle this??
 
tell your son to tell his buddie that its fine every once and a while to bring his girlfriend but when its guys nite they wanna just have time alone with their bud not try to enjoy gutair hero nd stuff while there making out on the couch
 
First off - why are you asking this for you SON???
Second - they are guys, they dont normally get mad at this sort of stuff. They should just sit down and say that they want their night to only be guys and that there is other times for the girlfriend. Chances are at least one of the other guys has a girlfriend too, but he doesnt bring her.
 
Just have them ask him straight out. If they say "Hey Dude, look we dont like it when you bring your girlfriend to guys night. It is GUYS night for a reason, and its awkward when you guys are all over each other." if he has a problem with that, then he's not a real friend.
