My SL45 screen style can't set. EEprom damaged?

My SL45 screen style can't set.
I set from Menu --> Setup --> Device --> Display --> Screen style.But my sl45 show "Screen style is not set".
How to solve this problem.
Help me please.

Please check the files inside the folder you selected and write here the names of it.. (o my ***, my english is bad...)
 
I checked with all selected folder,file is name On_1.bmp, On_2.bmp...On_10.bmp, Wait_1.bmp, Wait_2.bmp...Wait_7.bmp. Some animation can set but not show at phone switch-on and some animation can't set(show "Screen style is not set").
