L Lexi New member Feb 22, 2011 #1 My skin is flaky and peels sometimes, but it gets really shiny? It doesn't FEEL oily, but it gets kinda shiny, any explanation for this? I use Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer, maybe that's causing the shinyess?
