My Skin feels smooth but is flaky ?

I keep getting clogged pores and i think its because my skin is dry.
I have lots of clogged pores all over my face.

I wash with a bulldog sensitive face wash then moisturize after, my face feels good and is smooth to touch but in the mirror it is really flaky.

I dont know if its my acne healing ?
