My sister's HTC HD2 doesn't work?

She just bought this today, it was working at first then she turned it off. When she turned it on the screen doesn't show anything, I've called her and that works but nothing shows up in the screen. :|

I wonder is it really broken/wrong or is there's some buttons that need pressing? o_o
