kicking what do u think is wrong? she is annoying me! and i wake her up and then she goes back to sleep and does the same thing? help!!

sounds like she is having bad dreams ask your parents what they think & tell them you want separate beds :)d

those kinds of signs can actually be tale signs of something bad... i would talk to ur lil sister and ask her if anyone has hurt her or done anything to her ... or it could just be how she sleeps... its better u ask and find out than ignore it and stay annoyed... alot of abused kids... btw im not saying its ur parents who may be causeing the abuse if there is any... so dont take that wrong... any ways they show signs in their sleep like that... so talk to her...

How old is she?

Maybe she just saw a scary movie or read a scary book lately and she is still feeling uncomfortable about it. Or something bad happened to her recently and she is trying to process it.

Maybe ask what her bad dreams are about and maybe that will help to figure out what to do to make it stop.

Ask her, she might be having a bad dream. If not, talk to your parents. Or ask a doctor, i know it seems extreme but they might be able to tell :)

I'm guessing she's young based on this. Ask her if she is having bad dreams. Night terrors are terribly common amongst young children and can be very traumatizing. When this happens, just take the few minutes to ask her what's wrong. See if any of the basic solutions for kids work, such as night lights, teddy bears, and music.
She could try listening to some music before or while in bed. Most people would say calming music, but I, personally, find it annoying. Try something you both like listening to, or can at least agree on. Or invest in some headphones.
Also, eating before bed can cause problems sleeping, including nightmares and even sleep walking. Try to prevent her from eating for a couple hours before bed. Water and other non-sugary drinks are okay, but no food.
Another possible solution is watching a happy movie or show before bed. It has been proven that you are likely to dream about the last thing you were thinking about before falling asleep. It's hard to have a bad dream if you fall asleep while watching a Disney movie.
You could always try to get a different room, assuming you share one right now.

Well, ask her! Get her to talk to you by being a good listener.
If she can unload the problem in conscious waking hours, it won't torment her (and you) at night.
