My sister says she lives in a good area of Plano, yet there are Mexicans?

Ok, I was speaking with my sister earlier and she said she has started to see Mexicans in her neighborhood! She lives in a very upscale neighborhood of Plano, that was always an all white area. What can she do?
She is NOT RACIST she has a Mexican maid! Jesus you people!
