And what may I ask, is your prima facie case of why rape should be legalized? Because the word "rape" in itself has a negative connotation.
Did you mean statutory rape? Or date rape? Or do you think forced sexual intercourse is ok?

I would have to say there are no arguments in favor of legalizing rape. Unless you want to live in an entirely anarchist society, where we would take all our legal disputes to the street. That could get pretty violent.
