My Siemens Serie IQ1430 washing machine is stuck closed on a childlock function...?

..how do I open it?
It has no dial,there's no water in the drum and I've tried turning the power off...your help's much appreciated.
 
child locks are installed for a reason and not only for children, the problem is your machine has not finished its cycle turn the dial manually one click to restart the programme (anticlockwise) if this doe's not work unplug the machine for about 5 minutes to allow the machine to reset then switch back on and then run your machine on a spin cycle this should solve your problem if not let me know
 
Check if there is water remaining in the drum. If yes then you may have a pump problem Safety stays shut if water still there. Switch off water supply to machine and try another cleaning cycle You may get lucky
