I just got the data plan for my sidekick and last night my top 5 showed up and all my contacts and ringtones started working perfectly. before the data plan, when i recieved a text there was no notification that i got a text, and in my inbox only numbers showed up instead of the peoples names.
Once i registered my phone and got a data plan every thing worked fine until i shut off my phone, now my top 5 wont show up and its back to no ringtones or names in my inbox. i tried everything except take out my battery because it deletes everything in my phone when i do that, what should i do?
