My sidekick slide keeps rebooting itself and customer service isn't being of much

help. What can I do? My sidekick slide (that i've had since may of 2008) has started to reboot itself randomly and is becoming of annoyance. I contacted T-mobile customer service and they're not being of much help because apparently my phone qualifiED for replacement but my phone's warranty expired in June when this rebooting problem started around the time of the sidekick data lost which was one to a couple of months ago. The only solution they could provide me with was "purchase a new device" well hell fucking no because I already spent $350 on this stupid piece of crap when I first purchased it. Any advice?
