I bought a sidekick 4g off of craigslist. It's in good condition and all the settings are right according to tmobile, but it has absolutely NO data connection. I made sure that I switched my data plan to a sidekick compatible one and I spent hours on the phone with tech support who had no answers for me. I also went into a tmobile store and the guy had no idea why it wouldn't work. He also checked my sim card with another phone and said that the sim card is fine. The person I bought the phone from had no problem with the data connection and I am totally stumped! I'm upset because I paid for the phone and can't even get my contacts on it because it won't connect to google! PLEASE help!!
