My shoulders woun't get stronger? (stuck) Any exercises recommended?

I am 18 and i am stuck at shoulder pressing dumbell 38 kg in each arm, i usually do six reps with 34 kg and then go to 38 where i can also only do 5 or 6 reps, after that i would do miltary presses and then 2 or 3 shoulder raise exercises

Should i stop dumbell shoulder press for a while and do arnold press for a few weeks? Any help would be appreciated.
