...with it.? I'm 28 and played baseball all of my life and after college a few years ago my shoulder started hurting the second after I throw. It doesn't hurt when I bench press 300 lbs, play other sports,and do everything on a daily basis except when I throw a baseball. I can throw it a short distance but not very hard. It started 3 years ago and I gave it 9 months off until the following summer hoping it would heel. But each summer the same shoulder is bothering me whenever I throw. It's just really painful when I throw hard and long distance and I hope someone can tell me what is wrong. Thanks
