every time i type the shift key it goes to the next line in the document. when i pres shift key and then a key, like ! or ? it puts it on the next line. it doesnt do this in a new document, cause there is no next line to go to but in a document where im editing it does. when i go and delete a ke and then shift and press letter, to capitalize, it transposes the next letter like so xEample see i shifted the e and it put the x before the e. when i type question marks or exclamation points ?! it pouts it on the next line
! like this. and, when i have the num lo0ck key on, it types a 6 whenever i type the shift key. i have tried pressing fn and scroll, fn and num lock, they dont work. i am welcome to any suggestions, even if i have to uninstall and reinstall stuff. i am very good with computers, so 'dont hold back any techno jargon. please help me, i need my keyboard to do my schoolwork. i am enrolled in online high school.
