my sgh-zv10 has a bad case of "phone freeze", can anyone help?

Let me say straight out I dont understand half the things in these posts, I'm new to all this.While trying to unlock the sim using codes I seen in a different post, the phone switched to PHONE FREEZE. Is there anybody who can help me with this please?

Already post in forum brother just use search button

Anyway yoou have to flash your ZV10 ... flasher and flash file already posted in forum just use search button brother
