My Screen Flashes When I Scroll + Graphics Driver.?

My screen continually is flashing when I am scrolling through internet files, word documents, and more. It is happening at my work computer, and we have no IT person. I understand that it is probably my graphics driver, but I don't know how to update it without installing more hardware, or making my company spend money.

Got any ideas?
