So I requested that my school send me my refund money in a check to my home. Well that was almost a month ago and all they told me was to check with Higher One but I do not see anywhere as to where I can get in contact with them. First they do not tell me that my financial aid has not gone through and I have to figure it out on my own then I have not even received my money and summer classes will start soon. Im getting really pissed off. What should I do?
