my sanyo tv is cracked?

i was wondering is it was the inner or outer screen...cause i can still see the picture but it has horizontal white lines and a crack with black surrounding it on the screen
 
You'll either have to live with it or pay big bucks to have it repaired. The big bucks could approach the price of a new TV. These flat screen TV's are very fragile, easily destroyed. By the number of questions relating to broken screens there is a lot of damage being done out there.
