Ok so, sorry for this, but I do not know the model number or serial number. It is a Sanyo 42" LCD TV and it has a very irritating problem. The Problem is that it will shut off randomly, but by randomly it is also consistent. I know it sounds weird but, here we go; Sometimes during a movie or any video it will randomly cut the sound out for 1-5 seconds and shut off. I will pause the video and then when turning back on rewind to see what I missed to find it repeat the same thing in the same spot. This has happened on multiple occasions and is really getting irritating. I have it plugged dirrectly into the wall; No surge protectors. I have tried them as well, and have tried the TV in multiple parts of the house. Also, I can't call Sanyo because of me buying the TV off of a friend and he bought it refurbished without a serial tag; He also lost his sales receipt. So I have no documentation on the TV. Lastly, the TV's from Sanyo do not have Firmware so before any suggestions for that come up, there is no way. Please help me if at all Possible!
Also, I forgot to add after shutting off 3 times, I have to unplug it from wherever it is plugged in and let it sit for about 5-20 minutes. Then I can use it again.
