Follow the instruction given in the catalogue of the TV which should say how to tune or program the audio(Sound).And reset it accordingly.I think it will give the sound back Thank you and Good luck.If still it does not give the sound, something is wrong with the audio section itself.Then in this case, the TV has to be opened, repair work has to be done in audio section.Be ware of the electric shock.And always safety first. Audio comes back, some times, when you resolder this section.
Other wise the defect has to be diagnosed in audio section.Most of the vulnerable parts, I usually find are audio Power IC or transistor or sometimes driver stages.
If you still have a warranty for the TV,please do not do anything with it, take it to the company where you bought with your warranty card and receipt,they will repair it for free(Or nominal charge) or sometimes they might replace with a new one.If warranty is over,please do not open the Tv, unless you are a reliablere technician or an engineer in this field.Take it to the reliable workshop or let the reliable technician do the repair work.Thank you.
