so every single time i turn my samsung on (i don't know what one it is) it freezes. i don't under stand why. and it frustrates me so it would be great if someone could help, and yeah i have dropped it once or twice and it is fine and worked fine for months but this phone is not even a year old and the most they say i can do with it is mail it in but i have not had it for at least 2-3 months. so i have let it right die and then i charged it to see if it would work, but no dice it still DOES NOT WORK and i really want my self phone back, so can you please help me it would help alot!
