My Samsung Tocco won't let me set up passwords?

I had my Samsung Tocco off my auntie a couple of months ago, and i was trying to put a password on my pictures and messages, but it says enter password, and i don't have one, and my auntie says he doesn't know the password. Is there anyway I can change it or reset the master settings, but i need a password for the master reset too.. I've tried 12345 and 00000000 and they don't work :/
