The sound on the phone works like the ringer, camera shutter, and when i charge it, but when someone calls or I call, i can't hear the person and the person can't hear me. I'm pretty sure it isn't on mute or else it would indicate that, I also tried resetting it and nothing changed. I tried calling my phone company and they didn't provide me with any efficient help. So does anyone know whats wrong and how to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated
