It's freezed on the starting loading screen. the mobile is still under the warranty but i had my really personal information and some private pics in the mobile so i can't just give my mobile to anyone on a shop for keeping for a day or more because even for by chance i don't want anyone to have access on my private things. please help if i can do something or can they do something on a shop without keeping it for a day or long.
