i have had my samsung rogue for about 9 months now and never had any problems as bad as this. the screen is frozen and i cannot do anything but move the clock around. i cannot click anything on the phone so i cannot reset it by going to settings/tools. i am able to open up the page where i can send text messages by pushing shift on the keyboard but i cannot read any texts that i receive because i cannot click anything on the screen. i have tried taking the battery out multiple times and the problem is still there. any ideas as to how i can unfreeze it?
