My samsung reality only vibrates once now when i never changed the settings. HELP!?

I got the samsung reality phone not to long ago and it would vibrate 3x's everytime i got a txt, well all the sudden it changed and now it only vibrates once and i never changed anything on my phone for it to do that! And it wont let me change it back, ive checked the manual and everything but i cant figure it out! :(
PLEASE HELP ME!!! D:
