when i try to install it it just keeps on loading. like it says INSTALL NEW PC STUDIO, INSTALL USB DRIVER, and when i click install usb driver to put music on my samsung Freeform it just says i need to insall nps. im guessin nps is new pc studio but it wont let meee it just keeps on loading and does nothing after. no screen comes up. what to doo?!?!
