Hi I to have the same issue, black screen Fatal error RAMDUMP, have to remove battery to restart have sent phone to Samsung NZ twice for this issue and they keep coming back saying they can not find anything wrong. The shop I purchased from had it happen to them in store and told Samsung NZ this when sent back to sort. Samsung returned phone say no fault found but re-flashed software and cleaned board. Twice this has happened Phone was/is only 5 month old when this started to happen. Samsung checked for damage but none found and say they will not replace. Guess they do not need customers to keep their company going. Good luck with yours.
