my Samsung memoir has been frozen for a month now any help on how i can un freeze it?

I tried taking out the battery for a day,I tried taking out day sd card,I. Tried taking out the sim card, I called t-mobile but they wont give me a new one cause I got it. From letstalk.com so is it any way how I can unfreeze it at my house what procedures can I do or what website I can go to that helps me with this
