I bought it from PC World and still have the receipt but they say it is a 12 month warranty nothing they can do. I was quoted £120 to fix it but it only cost me £500 in the first place...
Surely a screen shouldn't break so quickly??
Is there anything I can do to make them (either PC World or Samsung) pay to fix it??
