When I try...It does nothing and then I tried clicking "start"..Going to all programs then to accessories then to scanner and camera wizard, but after it scans for a camera it says this "The computer cannot detect the scanner or camera. Please make sure the device is turned on and properly connected to the computer" which it is, so what's wrong with it?
