The phone was broken and so we sent it to a company and they fixed the phone it turns on and everything. But when i leave my house i have no connection at all. And then ones i get home i have perfect connection. We tried a different SIM card in the phone and it does the same thing. And i did download a software that would let me put Pictures, Songs, Videos, and File from my computer to the phone. Why can't i get connection with my phone outside of my house? And why just my house? It doesn't make sense.. Let me know if you know anything Thanks
