J Jeffree New member Feb 20, 2011 #1 I keep trying to turn my phone on and it freezes at the Samsung logo. It just stays there forever, acting like it's about to turn on. I have taken the battery out, charged it, everything I can think of. Please help, urgent. Thank you.
