my salsa is too spicy! how do i mild it? please help will choose best answer!?

we added only ONE jalepeno and it is super spicy! im not even exaggerating! please can you give me something to dilute it? quickly?

i think sugar will do it... but idk

we tried adding more tomatoes, it didnt work.
again, we tried to add MORE than double the tomatoes! its still like crazy hot haha.
we made multiple batches. man that is one spicy pepper! its still burning! lol i know i sound wimpy but i swear usually i love spicy foods

salt in salsa don't over do it a little at a time and then some salty tortilla chips!
