I have a 26" Huffy MountainBike. Its a few years old and the rims are pretty bent. I was wondering where I could get cheap rims from online or a good bike shop? would a bike shop replace them for me for a small fee or would it be expensive?

Rims are going to cost you more than a new Huffy.

If you can't true them via the spokes, go cruising on garbage day, or check garage sales. get another bike to use for parts.

"Huffy" brand is a cheap brand, and the rims are most likely single walled. One way of finding out if you rims are single walled or not, is by taking out the valve, and if you see two walls (one cap) there twin walled or a single wall.

Just get an new rim, it's going to be better for you in the long run, just remember, you might consider getting a thicker tyre for the front tyre, because your front tyre takes all the knocks and bumps, having suspension softens the damage too.

I've got a brand new Swinn mountain bike, with front 'rock-shocks' and twin walled rims, and it makes a big difference
