...to help? The right side of my neck has been in constant pain for the past two weeks. It is basically just stress related but am living on advil and thinking someone might have another at home solution. I don't have insurance! It is sore to the touch, massaging doesn't help. I don't even like running my finger down it softly. Any thoughts
