MY RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE IS NUMB !?

im 11 years old and turning 12 , the right side of my face is numb but i can move it but it feels warm and puffy im getting a head ache on the same side my necks kinda hurting to and my ear feels stuffy and numb i just got it alsoo my right arms feeling a bit sore to whats worng with me btw my parents wont take me to the emergency room so yeah just telling you
