I'm 15 and I'm about 223 lbs. I get basically no exercise, but I decided to go on a diet and start exercising recently. I'm noticing though that when I run or walk fast after a while my right foot hurts. It feels like it's getting a workout though, it doesn't really feel like it's sprained or that the muscle is pulled but it feels like it was tense for a long time. I know that I shouldn't be feeling that though. Why is that happening? Is it just weaker than the other one or something?
