My Right Arm Is Feeling Weird,?

Hey there, you got to be careful as I've learnt in the past that when the right side brothers someone it usually is an Internal organ. Not to frighten you but you should get it checked right away, expecally if you have chest pain. hoping for the best
 
Well it Feels like its aching,its really annoying me anyone had this before,iv been on my computer for a bit leaning on that arm,it feels really weak,any idea whats wrong/thanks all
 
It's most likely over use of your hand/arm - try icing it and alternate with heat. It doesn't sound serious, just aggravation of the arm from overuse or strange prolonged position. GL
