...one else having this issue? I have called 5 times and have been given a diffirent answer every time. That is what is really frustrating me. The lady I just spoke with told me 5 weeks and could not tell me why the delay. The person before her said there was a error that had been corrected. (sent to another to department to fix then back to processing) That it would just be a extra week which would be the date that the WMR site is now saying. I shouldent have called back I just wanted to see mabey if it had been processed. I dont think the lady who said 5 weeks really researched my account. It was close to ten she wanted to go home. Because the guy whoi told me about the error had me on hold mush longer researching my account. So I am going to go with what he said. The answers the other people gave me were the same time line just diffirent reasons. the lady who told me five weeks said oh no they dont tell us why we just know it has not been processed. Is any body else getting diffirent answers?And it seems as this refund processing delay is pretty common. Turbo Tax thread has many people saying the same thing. And most of them were told there was a error that had to be fixed.
Yea I wonder if they can see how many times you have called. So they figure you have called so many times there going to tell you whatever. I really really need the money. I am driving myself crazy, Calling them hoping to be told it has been processed, Then they go and tell me some BS five weeks.
