S Stina New member Jan 9, 2010 #1 My razr phone went off by itself so wen I turned it bck on, it jus stays on tha motorola screen.. I've took tha battery out and turned it bck on about 5 times now but it keeps doing tha same thing. So how do I fix it

A Adios Mother F New member Jan 9, 2010 #2 You can attempt to do warranty exchange if still under warranty & phone doesn't void warranty. Other wise you can ask Motorola to fix it.
